Prepare a thick gravy with it and bring it to boil with little water. When the gravy becomes mushy mushy add the fishes. Also add coriander leaves for garnishing. Add some garam masala at the end.

Aar Macher Muitha:

This is a very hard and expensive recipe of all the time. Here you need an Aar fish then you scoop out at the flesh from inside.

Then you mix with potato and make chops size. Then boil it in the water and after that you must pick it up and make it cool.

Then prepare the gravy with onions, ginger and garlic paste along with tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and chili powder.

When the fish chops become cool cut it into circular shapes. Then add it into the gravy.
