Take 5 slices of white bread. Remove their edges. Cut them into four parts.
Take 250 gm of chicken (preferably chicken breast) and slice it into small pieces. Take a mixer grinder and put the chicken pieces in it.
Add the bread pieces. Break one egg in it.
Now, add 1 tsp of garlic paste and ½ tsp of ginger paste to it.
Follow it with 1/3 tsp of black pepper powder, 3 tbsp of finely chopped onions, and 3 pieces of fresh green chilies, broken into half.
Then add 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves, 1/3 tbsp of regular table salt, ½ tsp of red chili flakes, 1 tbsp of dark soya sauce, and 1 tbsp of tomato sauce to it.
Blend it to a fine paste. Transfer it to a bowl.
Heat an adequate amount of water in a frying pan. Take a fistful of chicken paste in your hand. Use a spoon to cut small balls while pressing the paste. Release them in water. (Pro tip: Wear a plastic glove while performing this step. This will ensure the smooth flow of the chicken paste out of your fist).
Let the chicken balls boil for 10 minutes. Remove them.
Put them on a strainer and wait till they are cool. Now, press them a bit so that the excess water drains off.
Now, take another frying pan and heat 1 tbsp of refined oil in it. Put the chicken balls in it.
Fry the balls for about 10 minutes on a very low flame until they turn light brown in color. Remove them.
Your tasty and spicy homemade chicken balls are ready to serve. Put them in a bowl and serve hot.
