Take 100 ml of milk, 2 tbsp of refined wheat flour (maida), 1 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of curry powder, ½ tsp of minced garlic, ¼ tsp of black pepper powder, and regular table salt to taste in a bowl. Mix them.
Take 100 gm of chicken breast piece. Make holes with a fork.
Put it in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Take 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of honey mustard sauce, ½ tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh parsley, and ¼ tsp of black pepper powder in another bowl. Mix.
Slice a few onion rings.
Cut 2 to 3 lettuce leaves.
Cut 2 to 3 tomato circles.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a frying pan. Put the two pieces of the burger bun as shown. Remove them when golden brown.
Take ½ tbsp of butter in the same frying pan. Fry the onion rings. Remove when translucent.
Take 4 tbsp of refined wheat flour, 2 tbsp of cornstarch, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of curry powder, ¼ tsp of black pepper powder, and salt to taste in a separate bowl. Mix.
Take the marinated chicken breast.
Put in the powdered seasoning. Coat nicely.
Put it in the marinade again.
Double coat with the powder.
Fry the coated chicken breast in an adequate amount of cooking oil. Remove it when golden brown.
Apply the burger sauce on the bread.
Put a cheese slice.
Put the cucumber pieces and fried onion rings. (Pro tip: I have used pickled cucumber pieces. You can use fresh slices).
Put 2 to 3 lettuce pieces and a circular piece of fresh tomato.
Put the chicken patty.
Finally, put the other half of the burger bun. Your homemade chicken burger is ready.
