In a mixing bowl take ½ cup of finely chopped onion along with finely chopped pieces of 2 pieces of green chilies, 1/3 cup of carrot, ¼ cup of capsicum, ¼ cup of fresh coriander leaves, ½ tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of red chili powder, ½ tsp of coriander powder, ½ tsp of garam masala powder, ¼ tsp of black pepper powder, salt to taste, and ½ tsp of red chili flakes and mix all of them very nicely.
Now, crack 4 pieces of eggs in it and mix nicely. Keep it aside.
Now, heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan on a medium to low flame and pour the egg mixture in it. Cover and cook it on both sides for about 7 to 8 minutes, flipping in between.
Remove it when done. Cut it into cubes. Keep them aside.
Now, in another mixing bowl, take ½ cup of curd, 2 tbsp of besan, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, ½ tsp of garam masala powder, ¼ tsp of cumin powder, ¼ tsp of black salt, salt as per taste, ¼ tsp of black pepper powder, ½ tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp of cooking oil and mix them nicely. Then, add 1 tbsp of coriander leaves and mix well.
Now, to the masala mix, add square pieces of ½ cup of capsicum and ½ cup of onion as well as the fried egg cubes. Coat them all very nicely.
Arrange these coated capsicum, onions, and egg cubes in a skewer. Keep them all aside.
Now, heat ¼ tsp of butter in a pan over a low to medium flame and brush it to spread it all over the surface of the pan.
Put the skewers on it and fry them nicely, turning them continuously. Remove when done.
Your crispy and tasty homemade egg tikka is finally done. Arrange them on a plate and serve hot.
