Ingredients
  

  • 2 pcs Wood Apple
  • 1 tbsp Rocksalt
  • 1 tbsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Kasundi
  • 1 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 2 tbsp Sugarcane molasses
  • 2 pcs Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

1st Procedure:

  • First, break the wooden apple with a pestle.
  • Squeeze the pulp out from a wooden apple.
  • Smash the pulp with the pestle. Add green chillies. Smash again. The Flavor of green chillies will get into the pulp.
  • Add rock salt, chat masala, mustard oil and sugarcane molasses. Mix well.
  • Pour in a bowl.

2nd Procedure:

  • Squeeze pulp out from another wooden apple.
  • Smash the pulp.
  • Add coriander leaves and green chillies. Smash again.
  • Add rock salt, chat masala, kasundi, sugarcane molasses and mustard oil. Mix well.
  • Pour in a small bowl.

Notes

  1. Select fresh and ripe wood apple of good quality to make this dish.
  2. Ensure that all other ingredients are fresh too. This will add to the overall taste and flavor of the dish.
  3. You can increase or decrease the number of green chilies according to your liking.
  4. Mash all ingredients carefully to make a smooth paste. This not only adds to the texture but also enhances the visual appeal of the dish.
