Raw mango juice comprises green mangoes, peeled and cut into small pieces before making a paste of them. Sugar, black salt, lemon juice, and green chilies are also mixed along with water as needed to make the drink and served chilled.
Peel 2 pieces of raw mango, remove the seed and cut them into small pieces.
Transfer them to a mixie jar and add ½ cup of sugar, 10 pieces of mint leaves, 2 pieces of green chilies (cut into small pieces), 2 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1 tsp of black salt.
Add 2 cups of water and blend nicely.
Put ice cubes in the glasses. Pour the mixture.
Your tasty and refreshing raw mango juice is ready. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy.
I added only half a cup of sugar, but you can add more if you want. If you add some chilies, it gives a kind of distinctive taste to the raw mango juice and it feels more invigorating. I personally like to include black salt for extra taste and flavor. If you prefer, you can also use normal salt. It works the same way.
