Rose Lassi

By Mita Mondal
Rose lassi is a chilled, frothy yogurt drink flavored with rose syrup and cardamom — I make it every summer, and it never lasts more than five minutes in my kitchen.

Notes

Adding cardamom seeds enhances the taste. You may add about ¼ tsp of cardamom powder instead of the seeds for a richer flavor.
You may also garnish it with fresh or dried rose petals for additional visual appeal.
I have added only chopped cashew nuts in the lassi. You can add chopped almonds, pistachios and others as well.
