Notes

I always use fresh koi fish to make this dish for the best taste.
The taste and flavor of the dish are enhanced further by the mustard oil. So, do not use any other oil to make this dish.
Using warm water helps maintain the temperature and ensures perfect cooking of the fish.
The dish gains additional flavor from slit green chilies added along with a drizzle of raw mustard oil before serving.
