Ingredients

  • 80 gram dark chocolate
  • 4 slices wheat bread
  • 1 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Hot water As required
  • Toothpicks As required
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles different varieties

Instructions

  • In a grinder, take 4 slices of wheat bread. Tear them into small pieces. (Pro tip: Do not use water at this stage).
  • Grind them.
  • Transfer it to a bowl and add 1 tbsp of melted salted butter. Mix it nicely.
  • Then add 1 tbsp of Nutella. Mix it again nicely.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of powdered sugar. Mix well.
  • Now, make small balls out of them. Keep them on a plate aside.
  • Now, heat an adequate amount of water in a pan and place a larger glass bowl on top of it.
  • Put 80 gm of dark chocolate in the glass bowl. Stir continuously to melt it nicely.
  • Transfer it to a bowl.
  • Dip one end of the toothpick in the melted chocolate.
  • Insert that end into a bread pop.
  • Dip the bread pop in the melted chocolate to coat it nicely on all sides. Repeat steps 11 and 12 to complete all the lollypops. Keep them on a plate. Refrigerate them all for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Now, take a few different varieties of sprinkles of your choice in different bowls on a plate.
  • After 15 minutes, take out the bread pops from the fridge. Coat each bread pop with the melted chocolate. (Pro tip: If the melted chocolate hardens by that time, put it again in hot water to melt).
  • Put some sprinkles on top of it.
  • Your tasty and creamy chocolate lollypops are eventually ready. Take a foam or anything pierceable and arrange the chocolate lollypops to serve.

Notes

Do not put water in the dark chocolate and heat it for melting. This will affect the taste and sweetness.
I have mixed every ingredient with the bread separately. This allows for proper fusion of taste and flavor.
I have used different types of sprinkles for my chocolate lollypops. You can top the chocolate lollypops with only one kind.
You will get Nutella and different types of sprinkles in a departmental store.
Make sure you refrigerate the bread pops as it helps in proper setting.
