This dish came from a cooking class I didn’t intend to attend. I had tagged along with a friend in Bengaluru, just to kill time. But once the instructor started, I was hooked. The dish she made was not complicated at all and needed very few ingredients. most importantly, it took very little time.

It was all about tempo, attention, and joy. I tried to make it at home to surprise my friends but failed at it thrice before I nailed the flow. Now, it is the dish I make for parties at home, picnics, and when I want to fall in love with cooking again.

Notes

Do not put water in the dark chocolate and heat it for melting. This will affect the taste and sweetness.
I have mixed every ingredient with the bread separately. This allows for proper fusion of taste and flavor.
I have used different types of sprinkles for my chocolate lollypops. You can top the chocolate lollypops with only one kind.
You will get Nutella and different types of sprinkles in a departmental store.
Make sure you refrigerate the bread pops as it helps in proper setting.
