Notes

I have used crushed black pepper in the recipe. This gives a nice flavor and taste. However, you can use an equal amount of black pepper powder instead as well if you want.
I recommend a ratio of refined wheat flour and corn flour of 2:1. This will help achieve the desired crunchiness of the lollypops.
Though not mandatory, you may refrigerate the coated lollypops for about 15 to 20 minutes. This will help everything set properly and make frying easy.
To fry the prawn lollypops, always use white refined oil of good quality. It can be of any brand or type.
Do not overcrowd the frying pan with too many lollypops at a time. This will prevent even cooking and easy flipping.
