Grate 2 potatoes and 2 eggs (boiled, peeled).
Add ½ tsp each of red chili flakes, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Then add 2 tbsp of finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh green chilies, 4 tbsp of Birista (crispy fried onions), ¼ cup of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves, and 1 tsp salt.
Follow it with ½ cup of breadcrumbs. (Pro tip: You can use the same amount of gram flour or refined wheat flour instead of bread crumbs).
Mix everything nicely.
Shape the kababs.
Keep them on a plate.
Heat an adequate amount of cooking oil in a pan on a high flame. Reduce the flame to medium. Put the egg kababs one by one in the hot oil very carefully from one side of the pan so that you do not splash hot oil on you.
Flip and fry the kababs on a medium to high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove them with a strainer when golden brown. (Pro tip: You may put them on a piece of tissue paper laid on a plate to absorb the excess oil).
Your tasty and spicy homemade egg kababs are ready. Arrange them on a plate and serve them hot just like that.
