Step 1: Grate 2 potatoes and 2 eggs (boiled, peeled).
Step 2: Add ½ tsp each of red chili flakes, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Step 3: Then add 2 tbsp of finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh green chilies, 4 tbsp of Birista (crispy fried onions), ¼ cup of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves, and 1 tsp salt.
Step 4: Follow it with ½ cup of breadcrumbs.
(Pro tip: You can use the same amount of gram flour or refined wheat flour instead of bread crumbs).
Step 5: Mix everything nicely.
