Mango Lassi

By Mita Mondal
Mango lassi is made by mixing fresh, ripe and sweet mango with homemade or store-bought Dahi. Sugar is added to it to further sweeten the lassi. Ice cubes are often used to make it cool and refreshing, and cardamom powder is added for a unique flavor.

Notes

Half a mango is enough to make 2 glasses of lassi.
If the mango is not sweet, you may add more sugar.
I have added ice but you may skip it if you want.
The mango paste should be thick. Do not add water.
I have used homemade Dahi in the recipe. You can use the store-bought variety.
