Mango lassi is made by mixing fresh, ripe and sweet mango with homemade or store-bought Dahi. Sugar is added to it to further sweeten the lassi. Ice cubes are often used to make it cool and refreshing, and cardamom powder is added for a unique flavor.
Half a mango is enough to make 2 glasses of lassi. If the mango is not sweet, you may add more sugar.I have added ice but you may skip it if you want. The mango paste should be thick. Do not add water.I have used homemade Dahi in the recipe. You can use the store-bought variety.
