I actually learned this recipe through my observation. One summer morning, I was walking by the road after shopping and I noticed a roadside stall selling mango lassi. They had several types of mangoes on display and I ordered a glass of Gulabkhas mango lassi. I watched the stall owner making the lassi and remembered every ingredient he added and the steps he followed. It was very easy to remember because both the ingredients and the steps were minimal.
I made it at home that very day and kept it in the fridge to chill until my sons returned from school. When I served them, they were surprised and liked it very much, asking for more. My husband also liked it. I felt I was lucky to have learned the recipe, by chance!
