Paneer tawa fry is made with fresh paneer cubes that are marinated using basic ingredients such as salt, turmeric, black pepper, and red chili powder. Mustard oil is used to fry the marinated paneer cubes until they reach a perfect state of crispy fried goodness.
Marinate 250 grams of paneer (cut into cubes) with ½ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder, ½ tsp of black pepper powder, and salt to taste.
Fry them in 1 tbsp of mustard oil.
Remove them on a plate when done.
Your spicy and tasty homemade paneer tawa fry is ready.
I recommend using creamy paneer instead of the regular variety for additional taste.Fry paneer in mustard oil because it adds to the flavor. However, any cooking oil variety can be used. The flame should be low during frying. A high heat will burn them quickly and make the paneer cubes hard.Flip each paneer cube very gently, as it might break easily otherwise.
