I had paneer fry this way for the first time at a relative’s house one evening at a tea party. It was an awesome snack. It was tasty and delicious. I asked the lady of the house for the recipe and she said it is very easy and quick to make requiring only a few ingredients. I registered everything in my mind while she described the simple steps, along with the expert tips.

I made them the next Sunday at home and my husband was amazed at how quickly I created such a unique dish. My two sons fell in love with it and asked for more. It was such a pleasure watching them. I thanked the lady for sharing the recipe with me and making my evening so special.

Notes

I recommend using creamy paneer instead of the regular variety for additional taste.
Fry paneer in mustard oil because it adds to the flavor. However, any cooking oil variety can be used.
The flame should be low during frying. A high heat will burn them quickly and make the paneer cubes hard.
Flip each paneer cube very gently, as it might break easily otherwise.
