Sesame fish is made with whole Tilapia fish which is first rubbed nicely with salt, inside out. The sesame infused batter made with rice flour, corn flour, wheat flour, and baking powder makes the exterior crispy adding to the satisfying taste. It is then deep-fried in hot oil until perfectly cooked. Read on my recipe to learn the steps to make sesame fish at home.
