The day I waited for my older son to complete his karate class I encountered a woman who waited for her son to finish his class too. She shared the recipe with me during our food and health discussion which she claimed was extremely healthy and nutritious for children who are in a growing stage. I recorded the entire process on my phone. I wrote the recorded material in written form for my kitchen diary.

I prepared the soup on the following day and it had a wonderful taste. The taste of this delicious dish delighted my husband and my sons wanted to have more food. Their enjoyment in relishing the soup created a feeling of happiness in me. I thanked and appreciated the woman who shared the recipe with me that provided nutrition to my family.
