Take 300 grams of prawns. Wash, peel and devein them and keep in a bowl aside.
Take 5 slices of white bread. Remove their edges.
Put them in a mixer and grind them.
Then, add 300 grams of prawns (washed, peeled, deveined) to it along with 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 1 tbsp of ginger paste, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of red chili sauce, 1 tsp of dark soya sauce, ½ tsp of mixed herbs, and ½ tsp of red chili powder.
Grind them all to a coarse paste.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape the nuggets. Keep them on a plate aside.
Take 3 tbsp of bread crumbs in a bowl and mix a pinch of black pepper powder and salt to taste.
In another bowl, whisk one egg with a pinch of black pepper powder and salt as well. Also, take 3 tbsp of refined wheat flour (maida) in another plate.
Coat the prawn nuggets in egg wash and then with flour.
Dip it once again in the egg wash and finally coat it with the spicy bread crumbs.
Repeat the process to coat all the nuggets and keep them on a plate aside.
Heat some cooking oil as required to fry the nuggets in a kadai on a medium flame. Put the nuggets when the oil is hot. Flip and fry the nuggets until golden brown.
Your tasty, crispy, and spicy prawn nuggets are now ready. Remove them on a plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
