Sabu makha is made with soaked Sabu dana or Sago mixed with sugar, grated coconut, milk, Sandesh, and a variety of fruits such as apples, pomegranate, oranges, grapes, bananas, and more.
Wash 100 grams of Sabu dana and soak them in 1 cup of water. Cover and set aside for an hour.
Mix 2 pieces of bananas, ¼ cup of sugar, ½ cup of freshly grated coconut and 50 grams of makha Sandesh.
Add and mix a cup of cold milk.
Roughly chop ¼ cup of green grapes, ¼ cup of black grapes, ¼ cup of apple, ¼ cup of orange, ¼ cup of kiwi and add to the Sabu makha along with ¼ cup of pomegranate. Mix nicely.
