Daab chicken recipe is pretty similar to Daab prawn recipe. This authentic delicious Bengali dish is made with small and tender chicken pieces cooked inside a Daab or coconut after draining the water.

The rich texture and taste of the dish is rendered by the creamy and soft coconut, adding a mildly sweet taste to it.  The key is the marination of the chicken pieces with a variety of aromatic spices.

The dish is quite easy to cook. Follow the instruction in my recipe to cook this wonderful recipe at home.
