I once went to a cafe with my friends and tried mutton lollipop. Those were absolutely perfect! The taste was so amazing that I thought, why not make it at home.

A few days later when my cousins came over, I tried the same recipe. When they ate it, they said, “You have ordered it from outside, right?” They couldn’t believe it was homemade.

It looked exactly like a restaurant, but the taste was completely homely and warm.

Notes

I always use fresh ingredients. This adds to the taste and flavor.
You can make bread crumbs at home by grinding toast biscuits if you do not want to use the store-bought variant.
If you do not have sewai, you may coat the lollipops with bread crumbs only.
Refrigerating is advised for the proper setting of the sewai or bread crumbs.
I shallow fry the mutton lollipops for best taste. However, you can also deep fry them if you want.
