I learned this recipe from a local theatre actress who performed during a society event. I helped her backstage, and she offered me some home-packed food. It had flair, like her stage presence. I asked her how she made such delicious parathas. She said it is what keeps her energized before shows.

I learned the recipe from her and made it that weekend. My husband said it had drama, and the boys found it bold. Now, it is our performance-breakfast meal. That moment reminded me that artists do not just create stories with makeup and lines—they stir stories into their food too, and every dish is a part of their act.
