How to Make Chicken Burger? (Step by Step Guide with Images)
Step 1: Take 100 ml of milk, 2 tbsp of refined wheat flour (maida), 1 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of curry powder, ½ tsp of minced garlic, ¼ tsp of black pepper powder, and regular table salt to taste in a bowl. Mix them.
Step 2: Take 100 gm of chicken breast piece. Make holes with a fork.
Step 3: Put it in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Take 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of honey mustard sauce, ½ tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh parsley, and ¼ tsp of black pepper powder in another bowl. Mix.
Step 5: Slice a few onion rings.
Step 6: Cut 2 to 3 lettuce leaves.
Step 7: Cut 2 to 3 tomato circles.
