How to Make Lassi Masala Powder? (Step by Step Guide with Images)
Step 1: Take a frying pan and heat it on a medium flame on your gas oven or cooktop.
Step 2: On the hot pan, add 4 tbsp of cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of carom seeds, ½ tsp cloves, and 1 tsp of black pepper.
Step 3: Stir the spices occasionally for about 3 to 4 minutes till you hear the crackling noise and smell the aroma of roasted spices.
Step 4: When the color of the spices changes to brown or golden brown, turn the flame of your gas oven or your induction oven off. Make a space at the center.
Step 5: In the frying pan at the center, add ¼ tsp of asafetida.
Step 6: Mix it with the spices so that it also gets cooked in the still-hot pan.
Step 7: Now, add 2 tbsp dry mint leaves powder.
Step 8: Mix it as well so that it gets dry roasted as well.
