The process was elaborate and we followed every step and measured the ingredients precisely. The final result was awesome, both in taste and appearance. Quite naturally, this has now become a go-to dish especially at my kids’ request for parties, get together, and just like that.

Notes

I opt for a same amount of maida and corn flour to make the slurry. It offers a lovely crunchiness to the paneer lollypops.
If you want your paneer lollypops to be spicier, you could even add half a teaspoon of black pepper powder and a chunk of dry red chili powder in the slurry combination.
I advocate adding water progressively after checking the consistency of the slurry because it must not be too thick or too runny.
Do not fry too many lollypops in the oil at a time. A batch of two lollypops at a time is just desirable. This will allow for easy flipping or even frying.
You could skip making the sauce and serve the paneer lollypops hot along with a bowl of classic tomato ketchup.
