The first time I discovered the Anda Vada recipe was during an informal night discussion with my neighbor who excels at home cooking. She explained her method of creating fast egg dishes for her kids which made me focus on the recipe. I recorded the information in my kitchen diary when she demonstrated the cooking methods and shared essential tips about spice roasting to enhance taste. The dish appeared to be easy to make and cost-effective, and it was suitable for my entire family so I wanted to prepare it right away.

The following weekend I prepared the dish, which filled the place with its delightful scent that attracted everyone’s attention. The vadas achieved their desired result by having a crunchy exterior and a tender interior. My husband enjoyed the vadas with his tea while my sons kept requesting additional servings. Their joyful expressions brought me deep contentment. I feel extremely fortunate and grateful to have discovered this particular recipe.
