At my leisure while I was listening to some audio podcast, I came across this recipe. There were no elaborate details, or a video to make it look stunning but just the sounds of chopping, sizzling, stirring, and the clear, calm yet assertive voice of the person made me believe that this recipe is worth trying at home.

I followed it along blindly. When I tasted it, I felt strangely proud—like I’d completed a trust exercise. Now, I often make this dish at home closing my eyes through the first couple of steps to get into the groove of what I listened in the podcast. It is always a hit.

Notes

I prefer using fresh bread slices to make bread nuggets at home.
You can add more eggs if you want depending on the amount of bread nuggets you want to make.
Adjust the quantity of chili flakes and black pepper powder according to your heat tolerance.
Fry the nuggets on a low flame. High flame will fry the exterior quickly and burn it leaving the inside uncooked.
Ensure the nuggets are fried nicely to remove the raw smell of the eggs from deep inside.
