I was at the market one day buying vegetables where I met one of my neighbors buying spring onions and carrots. Usually, I use them to make noodles at home and so I said, “Are you making noodles today?” She said that show would make cheese soup with them. I asked her to share the recipe. She explained every step that was easy to remember.

I made it the next day in my kitchen just the way she explained. The soup turned out exceptionally fresh and delicious which exceeded my previous cooking results. My husband loved it very much, while my sons consumed all their food. I consider myself fortunate because my market visit provided me with an excellent recipe.

Notes

The soup will develop a flour-paste flavor if you do not cook it nicely after adding maida.
Include additional vegetables that you prefer to the soup.
Limit your salt addition because cheese contains its own salt content.
I have used cheddar cheese in the recipe but you can select any cheese type to use.
If you are a vegetarian, add vegetable stalk instead of chicken stalk.
