Then you add oil in the pan or wok and add two three cloves and nigella seeds. Then add sliced onion and fry it.

Then add the Lal Shak or red amaranth and stir fry it perfectly. You can add some posto seeds, peanuts and even coconut while cooking.

When the shak becomes moist and mushy you can understand it is done.
