Using Cloves in Bengali & Indian Cooking Explained

Cloves are found in clove trees (Syzygium aromaticum) of India and Madagascar are considered to be a spice that is having a pungent smell, used mostly in the savory dishes especially before the cooking, drinks, desserts and savoury dishes.
