One day, a lady at a grocery store asked me what I would make with the besan I bought. Listening to my plans she suggested that instead of making pakoras, I should try preparing this dish by explaining its cooking method to me. I recorded the kitchen procedure by listing down the ingredients and steps in my kitchen diary after I returned home.

I prepared the dish on the following day. It was easy and quick to make and the taste and flavor was awesome. Both my sons and husband liked it and said I should make such veg dishes more often. I was so happy and thankful to the lady for sharing the recipe with me.

Notes

Use fresh capsicum when you make this dish. It will add to the taste.
I always roast the besan. It removes moisture and the raw smell from it.
Do not cook the dish for a long time after adding the besan.
