When I made it for the first time it gave me a sense of quiet satisfaction when I tasted the dish. Even my two sons and husband liked it, saying the unique twist of eggs and the flavor was very appealing. I now cook this recipe often during Sunday afternoons, ready to have it with roti in dinner.
